Maximus seeks a Business Manager to support the POTFF program, delivering operational, financial, and stakeholder-management support for performance domains across physical, cognitive, social, and family aspects. The role requires a U.S. citizenship and an active or eligible Secret clearance for contract work.

This position is remote and will coordinate across government customers, program leadership, and vendors, ensuring disciplined execution and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and procurement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and planning artifacts.
• Oversee multi-project programs including staffing, planning and control.
• Create and execute project work plans and adapt to changing needs.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities across teams.
• Develop and maintain master resource plans and required documents.
• Baseline projects and forecast effort; track historical metrics.
