Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and relevant certifications.
• Maintain credentialing at the local MTF and SOF settings.
• Experience with sports medicine and manual therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with or without referrals.
• Provide musculoskeletal injury care for SOF personnel and ensure documentation.
• Supervise PT staff and assistive personnel as directed.
• Collaborate with HP program managers to improve care and outcomes.
• Maintain and review clinical practice guidelines for consistency of care.
