Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Physical Therapist to provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for SOF personnel in a high-demand setting. Responsibilities include musculoskeletal care, documentation, and collaboration with the HP program team.

Candidates must hold a PT degree, ABPTS or NATA/ATC credentials, and be able to obtain required clearances. The role requires leadership in clinical guidelines and active participation in program development.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• ABPTS as either an OCS or SCS, or NATA ATC certification
• Credentialing in good standing at local MTF
• Ability to hike rough terrain and work in austere environments
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable manual therapy experience in sports medicine with athletes

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with or without referrals.
• Refer patients to POTFF staff as needed.
• Provide musculoskeletal injury care and related documentation for SOF personnel.
• Supervise PT staff within scope of practice when directed.
• Participate in meetings to review care and identify improvement opportunities.
• Advise HP program leadership on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
• Contribute to development of clinical guidelines and databases.
• Document care in military EHR systems as directed.
