Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Physical Therapist at Fort Campbell, KY to provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions for SOF operators within the HP program, with privilege to order imaging, labs, and medications as needed. The role requires a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, ABPTS OC/SCS or NATA-ATC credentials, U.S.

citizenship, and the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship and a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and board certification (OCS/SCS) or ATC certification.
• Proven ability to provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation.
• Experience in sports medicine or military health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with or without referrals.
• Provide and perform musculoskeletal injury care and, where allowed, order imaging/labs/pharmaceuticals.
• Supervise PT staff within scope of practice when directed.
• Maintain documentation in Military EHRs (AHLTA, GENESIS) and HP databases.
• Participate in meetings to review care and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in development of clinical guidelines and program administration.
