Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Performance Dietitian for a part-time role in Homestead, FL, to provide guidance on nutritional practices to enhance recovery and optimize performance for SOF personnel under the POTFF contract.

The position requires US citizenship, a secret or Top Secret clearance, a Master’s in Nutrition Science, RD with CSSD, and experience with athletic populations. Duties include counseling, program design, and collaboration with HP staff.

Qualifications

US citizenship required.
Secret or Top Secret clearance, or ability to obtain one.
Master’s degree in Nutrition Science or related field.
RD with CSSD certification; CSSD must be earned within six months if deferred.
Minimum 3 years as a Performance Dietitian with athletes including SOF.
Fluent English.
Able to lift up to 25 kg.
Maintain BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and counseling on nutrition to enhance recovery and performance.
Design and implement performance nutrition programs for SOF personnel.
Develop nutrition protocols and guidelines for rehabilitation and performance.
Collaborate with HP program Manager and Coordinators on implementation of new protocols.
Advise on dining facility nutrition and liaise between food service and command.
Maintain records in Military EHR and HP Enterprise-wide databases.
