Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) seeks an experienced logistics professional for DoD/USSOCOM support to implement ELMS modules and manage life‑cycle logistics activities.

The role requires a security clearance at start, a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, and 10+ years in logistics/program management, including item management and LIS usage. The position emphasizes leadership across government projects, policy development, and coordination with PMs/PSMs to

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required on day one of performance.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics management, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years combined DoD/federal experience in logistics and program management, including 3+ years item management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with LIS and as a government/civilian project lead.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; DAU Lifecycle Logistics Level I certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical, financial and IT SME support for ELMS ICP implementation.
• Plan and coordinate logistics supply chain activities within major systems.
• Oversee integration of supply, maintenance, spares, procurement and QA into logistics.
• Assist management in acquisition milestones and performance evaluations across life cycles.
• Develop internal controls and recommend policy/regulatory improvements.
• Ensure personnel are current with APSR required training.
