The SOF AT&L contract supports ELMS M&U modules across SOCOM supply activities, with emphasis on maintenance, data validation, and training delivery for end users. The role requires a Secret Clearance on day one, a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, and extensive federal logistics experience including warehouse

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required on day one of performance.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics management, supply-chain or business field.
• Minimum 10 years combined experience with DoD or federal agencies in maintenance ops, PM, material mgmt or logistics.
• Minimum 7 years as a government warehouse manager.
• Minimum 7 years in personnel management of teams larger than twenty.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement maintenance and utilization (M&U) ELMS modules and conversions.
• Validate materiel scope, maintenance levels, and M&U structure per user requirements.
• Provide logistical and maintenance SME guidance on ELMS implementation.
• Assist in ELMS SCR development, prioritization and government coordination.
• Gain SOCOM ELMS M&U trainer certification and deliver classroom/instruction.
• Support IO/AIO with user roles and access validation for M&U.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage workload and output administrative products.
• Exhibit solution-oriented problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Act on Government intent with minimal guidance to achieve objectives.
