Qualifications

• Require Secret Clearance on day one of performance.
• Bachelor's Degree required including coursework in logistics management, supply chain or business-related field.
• Associates degree with 5 years of Logistics/Warehouse experience.
• Minimum 10 Years of combined experience with DOD or other federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, IT, Material Management or Logistics, INCLUDING:
• Minimum 7 years experience as a government warehouse manager
• Minimum 7 years in personnel management of teams larger than twenty
• Minimum 3 years experience in Major Command
• Experienced in demand analysis, stock level management and causative research.
• DAU or service level trained Logistics or Acquisition Management
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide ELMS program implementation planning and reporting support to the ALD Director, Deputy Director, and Sustainment Cell Lead as required.
• Plans, coordinates, and implements ELMS PA and other ELMS modules, sustaining ELMS module requirements in support of USSOCOM end users.
• Collaborates with supported units, higher headquarters, and DoD/SOF activities to resolve property management problems.
• Creates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using data visualization tools and ELMS data.
• Performs cross-functional activities in implementation, material management, operations, property accountability, and process optimization.
• Maintains operational calendar, project plans, and creates presentations for inquiries and reporting requirements.
• Provides financial reporting information from the ELMS system to agencies within USSOCOM as required.
• Supports the ELMS Information Owner as Assistant Information Owner with coordination of user access packages.
• Employs interpersonal skills to support ELMS implementation in a fast-paced environment.
• Executes the Government’s objectives with little to no direct guidance.
• Uses Microsoft Office Suite to manage workload and produce administrative work products.
• Ensures all personnel are current with APSR required training.
