Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) is seeking a seasoned logistics and program-management professional to support USSOCOM ELMS ICP, Warehouse, PA and M/U modules across Special Operations supply activities.

The role emphasizes enterprise design, integration, and policy guidance to improve materiel management and readiness. Candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensure training compliance, and coordinate with government partners to deliver effective, economical support

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required on day one.
• Master's degree in logistics management, or related field.
• Project management certification and 2-3 years leading medium to large projects.
• Minimum 10 years with DoD or federal agencies in financial management, program management, IT, or logistics.
• Minimum 3 years item management experience.
• Minimum 3 years Major Command to Headquarters staff experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in material management utilizing an LIS.
• Minimum 5 years as government or civilian project or team lead.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• DAU Lifecycle Logistics Level I certified.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement ELMS ICP structure within the ELMS Enterprise Design Implementation.
• Plan, coordinate and implement the Item Manager Team to facilitate Major Command-level materiel management plans.
• Demonstrated expertise in ELMS ICP, Warehouse and Property Accountability modules.
• Oversee ICP personnel within their program in all technical, administrative and training functions.
• Provide logistical, financial and IT subject matter expertise on ELMS ICP implementation.
