Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems LLC seeks a Liaison Officer to support US Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg. The LNO will embed with CD&I, advise on capability gaps, and help field interoperable SOF technologies for decision-makers in the theater.

The role requires 10+ years in SOF, MARSOC experience, and a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. On-site presence is required, with remote work negotiable for exceptional candidates. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SOF experience (E7+ or O3+ equivalent preferred).
• Experience within MARSOC.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI (clearance not sponsored).
• On-site reporting requirement: 5 days in office; telework/remote work negotiable for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to Special Operations Command and coordinate with CD&I. Manage requirements and schedules for demonstrations and evaluations.
• Support capability development activities to meet emergent operational needs within the CCMD AOR.
• Identify technology requirements, shortfalls, and potential mitigations for SOF mission profiles.
• Demonstrate project management leadership to meet contract performance requirements for tech assessments and demos.
• Coordinate technology assessments, operational evaluations, and theater visits, delivering reports across classified/unclassified channels.
