Job summary

CACI is seeking a 1st Special Forces Command Lessons Learned Analyst to join the USASOC Lessons Learned Program, transforming raw data into validated lessons that shape future doctrine, training, and leader development.

The role centers on aggregating trends from subordinate units, standardizing TTPs, producing strategic reports, and ensuring proactive knowledge sharing between CSU data collectors and USASOC analysts. Eligible candidates hold TS/SCI clearance and SOF staff experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Graduate of a service-component Special Operations qualification course.
• Experience on staff of a General Officer level command (e.g. USASOC, 1st SFC, USAJFKSWCS).
• Knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
• Knowledge of Army SOF command structure and doctrine.
• Ability to prepare collection plans and collect data via interviewing/observation.
• Ability to write detailed reports and deliver briefings.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate & analyze lessons learned from subordinate units and identify macro-level trends.
• Remediate and standardize TTPs across subordinate groups.
• Draft strategic trend assessments & capability gap reports for higher headquarters.
• Coordinate knowledge sharing between CSU data collectors and USASOC analysts.
