Job summary

Prescient Edge, a veteran-owned CI/HUMINT company, seeks a SOF HUMINT SME to support a federal government client at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role requires leading CI/HUMINT activities, coordinating script writing, and overseeing training exercises.

The position demands 5+ years of SOF experience, deployments, and a TS/SCI clearance. A government vehicle is used for training, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SOF experience.
• Minimum of 2 SOF combat deployments; 1 employed CAT I TTPs.
• 3 years operational CI/HUMINT experience in leadership roles (e.g., S2X/Regional Ctrl).
• Current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Reside within MRSG T-Cell and coordinate CI/HUMINT functions across MARFORSOC.
• Attend required meetings and coordinate CI/HUMINT script writing.
• Interview and manage HUMINT role players for TRX I/II training.
• Be prepared for training events with proper equipment.
• Capture input for and prepare After Action Reports and other documents as requested by MRSG.
• Support F3EAD process and integration of Operations/Intelligence Fusion for HUMINT.
• Develop and script exercise storylines and master events.
• Drive a government vehicle to transport personnel/equipment as needed.

Job description

Prescient Edge is seeking a SOF HUMINT SME to support a federal government client. As a SOF HUMINT SME, you will:

Responsibilities

• The HUMINT SME shall reside within the MRSG T-Cell and must have a clear understanding of the MARFORSOC organization, structure, and mission to perform management and coordination functions across all aspects of counterintelligence/HUMINT.
• Participate in required meetings.
• Advise, assist, and coordinate CI/HUMINT script writing. Interview, and manage uniformed and contracted HUMINT role players for TRX I and TRX II training utilizing government provided criteria.
• Be adequately prepared for all training event(s) including being on time and with appropriate equipment.
• Coordinate with MRSG T-Cell personnel to capture input for and the preparation of written After Action Reports (AAR), evaluations or other required documents as requested by the MRSG.
• Supports the exercise Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) process and the implementation of Operations and Intelligence Fusion for HUMINT operations.
• Develops and implements exercise storylines and vignettes and all exercise master storyline events providing dynamic, on-call scripting during the exercise to ensure all training goals are met for HUMINT operations.
• The contractor shall drive a government vehicle to transport personnel and equipment to training as needed.

Security Clearance

• Security clearance active TS/SCI.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of SOF experience.
• Minimum of 2 SOF combat deployments; of which 1 employed CAT I TTPs.
• 3 years operational experience conducting CI/HUMINT while holding position of responsibility (i.e. ODA/MSOT S2X, Special Operations Cell S2X, Regional Operational Control Element S2X)
• Current driver’s license.

Education

• Former Warrant Officer or Staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO).
• Advance Source Operations Course (ASOC), or Defense Advance Tradecraft Course (DATC) graduate.
• Defense Strategic Debriefer Course graduate.
• Asset Validation and Asset Risk Management long course graduate.
• Sensitive Activities Communication Course (SACC) qualified.
• Willing to attend the SOCE course, if required.
