Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a SOF Intelligence Exercise Planner to support a federal government client. The role focuses on developing scenario-based training that tests how logistics, communications, and intelligence work together in a SOF setting, and coordinating with civilian authorities during Realistic Military Training.

The position requires three years of intelligence experience and a strong background in exercise planning and F3EAD processes, with emphasis on interoperability,

Qualifications

• Three years of intelligence experience as an operator, analyst, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT or section intelligence leader.
• Three years of intelligence exercise planning experience leading F3EAD process teams.
• Three years of experience providing comprehensive exercise planning in support of intelligence exercises (Ops-Intel planning, ISR, F3EAD, logistics, civilian authorities, realistic military training) or equivalent SOF Intel Readiness exercises.

Responsibilities

• Develop scenario-based training suited to evaluate the integration of logistics, communications, and intelligence operations within a SOF environment.
• Interact with civilian authorities and law enforcement, manage all Realistic Military Training (RMT) requirements, logistics planning, contracting office interaction, and coordination with contracted exercise support organizations.
• Develop and synchronize all briefs and reports for exercise execution.
• Support the F3EAD process and the implementation of Operations and Intelligence Fusion.
• Support exercise storylines and master storyline events, providing on-call scripting to meet training goals.
• Coordinate with MRSG T-Cell personnel to capture input for After Action Reports, evaluations, or other required documents.

Prescient Edge is seeking a SOF Intelligence Exercise Planner to support a federal government client. As a SOF Intelligence Exercise Planner, you will:

• Develop scenario-based training suited to evaluate the integration of logistics, communications, and intelligence operations within a SOF environment.
• Interacts with civilian authorities and law enforcement agencies, manages all Realistic Military Training (RMT) requirements, logistics planning, contracting office interaction, and coordination with contracted exercise support organizations.
• Develops and synchronizes all required briefs and reports for exercise execution.
• Supports the exercise Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) process and the implementation of Operations and Intelligence Fusion.
• Supports the implementation of exercise storylines and vignettes and all exercise master storyline events providing dynamic, on-call scripting during the exercise to ensure all training goals are met.
• Coordinate with MRSG T-Cell personnel to capture input for and the preparation of written After Action Reports (AAR), evaluations or other required documents as requested by the MRSG.

• Security Clearance:
• Security clearance required TS/SCI.
• Requirements:
• Three years of intelligence experience as an operator, analyst, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT or section intelligence leader.
• Three years of intelligence exercise planning experience leading F3EAD process teams.
• Must have three years of experience providing comprehensive exercise planning in support of intelligence exercises (examples include Ops-Intel planning, ISR, F3EAD, logistics, civilian authorities, realistic military training) OR two year experience planning/supporting MARFORSOC Training Readiness Exercises (TRX) events or equivalent SOF Intel Readiness exercises.
• Education:
• Former Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), Warrant Officer or Officer.
