CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking SOF Exercise Designers to support Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) headquartered at Camp H.M. Smith in Hawaii. The SOF Exercise Designers provide exercise planning and scenario development. Exercise planning and scenario development is essential for Table Top Exercises (TTXs), Command Post Exercises, Senior Leader Seminars, Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercises, and Field Training Exercises, to achieve the stated objectives of the commander.
The SOF Exercise Designers conduct front‑end analysis by reviewing current operational directives, standing contingency plans, and conceptual approaches. They will create scenarios to stress decision‑making, capabilities, joint warfighting functions and address the operational and tactical issues within the Indo‑Pacific environment. The designers will contribute to development of the Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) for operations based or complex discussion‑based exercises and attend all Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) events.
