Job summary

Choctaw Staffing Solutions seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support the POTFF program for USSOCOM at Hurlburt Field, FL. Qualifications

• MSW or MSSW/MSSA from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted social work license in the U.S. (any state, DC, PR, or USVI).
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services within an operational unit.
• Deliver individual, family, group psychotherapy and assessments.
• Maintain accurate patient notes and records in EHRs.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, and military personnel as required.
