Choctaw Contracting Services seeks an embedded Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support DoD POTFF programs at a Florida site. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, provide individual/family/group therapy, and coordinate care with medical and leadership teams to sustain operational readiness.

You will document findings in EMR, address trauma and operational stress, and participate in crisis response and referrals.

Formación

• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license (U.S. or territory).
• Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and EMR systems.
• Ability to meet credentialing/privileging requirements for military facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Address operational stress and trauma-related conditions; provide preventive interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership for care planning.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation in EMR and ensure regulatory standards.
• Respond to crises with appropriate clinical interventions and facilitate referrals.
