DaVita is hiring a Full-Time Social Worker to join our team, emphasizing work-life balance and personal/professional growth. As a vital member of each patient's care team, you will support and advocate for patients transitioning to dialysis, helping them manage physical, mental, emotional, and financial challenges related to End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements

Salary Range
