Hours/Schedule

Part-Time (20-hrs per week)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Social Work required.

Licensure

• Experience: Minimum of one years experience in a health care setting with Hospice experience preferred. Experience with issues related to bereavement and the terminally ill patient preferred.

Certifications

• Other: Good oral and written communication skills; Good organizational skills. Must be a licensed driver. Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

Preferred Other

• Has basic computer skills as well as a working knowledge of Windows, Word and Outlook.
