Oak Hill Village is hiring a Per Diem Social Worker to act as a liaison and representative of residents' social interests, helping plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Social Services Department.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, PA licensure, and at least one year of relevant experience, with Skilled Nursing experience preferred and strong communication skills.

The Social Worker is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative of the residents’ social interests and assisting in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department.

Qualifications of Social Worker:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
• Licensure or certification as a social worker in the state of PA
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred
• Excellent communication skills
