Job summary

Complete-Care-At-Shrewsbury seeks a compassionate Social Worker to support residents and their families in a collaborative care community. You will assess psychosocial and emotional needs and work with an interdisciplinary team to protect residents’ rights.

LSW or CSW certification required; prior long-term care experience preferred. The schedule is full-time with a day shift, including one Saturday per month, and benefits like health, dental, vision, and PTO.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents' psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.
• Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessment of residents.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to promote and protect residents' rights.
• Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and licensure.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Social Services and Administrator.
