Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to support residents and families in a compassionate, team-driven environment. This full-time role offers day shifts with a sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional growth. Must hold LSW or CSW and ideally have long-term care experience.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess psychosocial needs, advocate for residents’ rights, and ensure quality care. Join a respected provider committed to excellence and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Previous long term care experience is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with residents and peers
• Ability to work independently or part of a group
• Computer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Help identify residents’ psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs
• Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessment of residents
• Work with interdisciplinary team to promote and protect residents’ rights
• Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Social Services and Administrator
