Job summary

Providence Swedish in Seattle is seeking a social work professional to conduct psychosocial assessments of potential organ transplant living donors, provide emotional support, and coordinate financial referrals and concrete services for patients and families.

As a key member of the transplant team, you will collaborate across inpatient and outpatient settings, pre- and post-transplant, to support patient-centered care and family wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
• Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License.
• Experience working with issues of chronic illness and disability.

Responsibilities

• Conducts psychosocial assessment of potential organ transplant living donors.
• Provides emotional support, financial referral, and concrete services to Organ Transplant patients and their families.

Required Qualifications:
