Job summary

Providence Swedish in Seattle seeks a Social Worker Associate to conduct psychosocial assessments of living organ donors and provide emotional support along with referrals throughout pre- and post-transplant care.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary Organ Transplant team in both inpatient and outpatient settings, applying your MSW and Washington license to support patients and families facing chronic illness and disability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
• Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License.
• Experience working with issues of chronic illness and disability.

Required Qualifications
