Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Social Worker III for the Inpatient Psych Program Staff. This full-time, day-shift role provides direct services, including psychosocial assessment, interventions, treatment planning, and crisis intervention within a multidisciplinary team.
Requires a Master's degree in social work and an unrestricted LICSW license in Minnesota; supervision credentials; in-person work; bilingual Spanish and driving requirements noted.

Purpose of this position: Provides direct service to clients and their families. This includes social work assessment, interventions and treatment plans, supportive counseling and crisis intervention, care management, discharge/transition planning, advocacy and support. Seeking resources and services to address unmet needs. The social worker also provides consultation services and in-service education programs related to the psychosocial aspects of health care to other professional staff members on the healthcare team. The Social Worker III will also provide clinical supervision/mentoring (independent from administrative supervisor provided by HHS leaders) to LSWs or LGSWs for onsite work as they pursue independent licensure with the board of social work.
