Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: This Social Worker II position will cover the MercyOne Genesis Hospice House as well as community hospice which will require some driving.
The PRN position is 8 hour day shifts Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Master's Degree
• Field OF Study: Social Work
• Special Training: Counseling or prior medical social work
• Licensures/Registration: Licensed in Iowa or Illinois required upon hire. Second state license required within 12 months. Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance-Genesis minimum limits required.
• Experience: More than 2 years experience required.
• Interpersonal Skills: Interaction is with a variety of people inside or outside the organization. Communications are often difficult or stressful in nature. Contact with others involves complex, detailed and often sensitive topics. The job requires a high degree of interpersonal skills to deal with a range of complicated problem situations. Interactions involve gaining the agreement of others.
