A leading organization in New York seeks a dedicated Social Worker to provide mental health services to children and families. The role involves developing treatment plans, coordinating services, and working with a multidisciplinary team. Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Community Mental Health Clinics or his/her designee, within 2 co-located Article 28 and NYS Article 31 licensed mental health clinics (Bronx and Manhattan), provides mental health services to children, adolescents and their families using various social work methods, including individual, group and family therapy. These functions are performed under general supervision, necessitating the ability to exercise independent and sound judgment.
