Spero Health is seeking a Counselor/Social Worker to join our team in Tennessee!

This position is for a licensed counselor or social worker who supports the mission of “Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships” within an integrated team providing counseling, case management, and medically assisted treatment. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing patient care.
2. Provide counseling using evidence-based practices.
3. Ensure treatment accountability and patient compliance through collaboration.
4. Assist patients in setting realistic goals to achieve freedom from addiction.
5. Act as a clinic resource and ensure compliance with HIPAA and CFR42 Part 2 regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Substance Abuse Treatment.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of full-time employment or internship in a human-services setting.
• License: LADAC II, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC-MHSP, or LPC-MHSP Temp.
