Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive social work services to help patients and families overcome barriers to health.
• Deliver short-term counseling, crisis intervention, referrals, advocacy, and follow-up.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and inform intervention and treatment planning.
• Coordinate culturally sensitive care with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate clients, families, and professionals about gender health, benefits, and treatment adherence.
