Formación

• Masters degree in Behavioral Science or Masters degree in Social Work.
• Licensed in Washington (LMSW/LICSW/LMFT/LMHC per listing).
• Minimum one year of social work experience; waiver for KP Coalition employees.

Responsabilidades

• Provide broad social work interventions across age groups and settings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and lead family/care conferences.
• Assess patient and family needs; communicate with care providers; adjust plan as needed.
• Engage in short-term counseling, teaching and resource brokerage.
