Social Worker – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Nursing home training provided. No SNF experience needed.

Join a modern, beautifully maintained skilled nursing and rehabilitation center on the Rockaway peninsula as our next Social Worker. We're known for a warm, family-like atmosphere, a highly regarded rehab team, and strong quality-of-care results. The Social Worker joins a five-person social work team. This is a staff Social Worker role, not a director position.

Prior nursing home experience is not required. If you're a Social Worker coming from a hospital, assisted living (AL), memory care, or geriatric social work setting, we'll train you in the skilled nursing side of the work. Social Workers with nursing home experience are also welcome.

Social Worker Duties
