Qualifications

• MSW graduate from an accredited school is required.
• California LCSW license is required.
• Certification in related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, develops, and maintains performance and competence of clinical personnel.
• Provides quality services through effective management, planning and education.
• Participates in development and implementation of goals, policies, and procedures for the department.
• Collaborates with Director to manage the unit budget and meet financial goals.
• Ensures cost-effective daily operations and resource allocation.
• Maintains staffing plans and achieves productivity goals.
• Monitors unit metrics to ensure patient satisfaction and compliance.
• Supports performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Works with nursing and medical leadership for efficient operations.
• Responds to difficult patient care issues and complaints.
