Formación

• MSW degree from an accredited school required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• 2–4 years healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Hires, develops, and maintains performance and competence of clinical personnel.
• Provides quality services through effective management, planning and education.
• Participates in development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and procedures for the department.
• Manages operational and capital budget with Director to meet financial goals.
• Ensures cost-effective daily operations and resource allocation.
• Maintains staffing plans and productivity goals.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and regulatory requirements.

Educación

MSW (Master of Social Work)

Certification in related field (preferred)
