Job summary

Complete Care at Silver Lake in Dover, DE is hiring a Social Work Assistant for a part-time Day Shift to support residents' psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.

You will assist in data gathering and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote and protect residents’ rights, prevent abuse, and address issues per licensure; other duties may be assigned by the Director of Social Services and Administrator. Qualifications

• Must have prior long-term care or skilled nursing social services experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to interact with residents.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents' psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.
• Assist in data gathering.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to promote and protect residents' rights.
• Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and licensure.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Social Services and Administrator.
