Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility including repositioning and safely walking.
• Monitor vitals such as weight and report any health changes.
• Ensure proper hydration and assist with meals.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities
• Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond
• Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
