Motlow is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for Social Work to join its pool of qualified instructors. This role supports on-ground, online, and hybrid delivery modes, delivering quality instruction and equitable student experiences.

Responsibilities include using the college LMS, submitting syllabi, meeting deadlines for attendance, grades, and reports, and adhering to College and TBR policies. Applicants must hold a Master’s in Social Work with 18 graduate hours in the field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• 18 graduate hours in Social Work are required.
• Ability to teach via on-ground, online and hybrid formats.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses via on-ground, online and hybrid delivery modes.
• Collaborate with course leads/program coordinators to ensure equitable student experiences.
• Use the College LMS to provide course materials.
• Submit updated department syllabus before first class day.
• Respond to emails/messages within 48 hours, excluding weekends.
• Submit final grades by Registrar deadlines.
