Job summary

Motlow College is seeking an Adjunct Instructor to deliver nursing instruction in a pool for on-ground, online, and hybrid formats. Responsibilities include coordinating with course leads, utilizing the LMS, and ensuring equitable student experiences.

The candidate must hold a BSN, maintain an active TN RN license (or compact state) and show clinical expertise. Prior college teaching is preferred and pay is per credit hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license in Tennessee or approved compact state.
• Evidence of clinical expertise in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses via on-ground, online and hybrid or web-enhanced delivery modes as assigned.
• Submit updated department syllabus prior to the first day of class.
• Respond to emails/messages within 48 hours, except on weekends.
• Submit final grades for each semester by the deadline established by the Registrar.
• Comply with all College and TBR policies and guidelines.
