You will think like a creator, produce engaging short-form videos, and collaborate with hosts and field teams to amplify on-air personalities across streaming and podcast formats. This role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, rapid content iteration, and cross-platform optimization to drive subscriptions and viewership.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in social media video production or digital content creation.
• Expert short-form video skills for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and other platforms.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve; After Effects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform long-form content into short-form clips for multiple platforms.
• Produce original social video content: concept, shoot, edit short-form videos.
• Grow streaming and podcast audiences with platform-specific strategies.
• Identify hooks and moments to create binge-worthy content.
• Manage content calendars and publish across platforms with timing.
• Optimize content for each platform with correct aspect ratios and captions.
• Engage communities, respond to comments, collaborate with hosts.
• Track performance metrics and iterate content strategy.
• Collaborate with field teams and talent to amplify personal brands.
• Stay ahead of trends and test new formats and platforms.
