Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Broadcast Journalism/Production preferred.
• Two years' experience as a news video editor in a television news environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of non-linear editing and current journalism standards.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-impact video for daily news, investigative pieces, and special projects across TV, web, and social.
• Acquire and route video feeds from satellite, microwave, and backpacks for air.
• Collaborate with the Chief News Editor to manage content management systems and archives.
• Coordinate with control rooms and field crews for flawless live broadcasts.
