Arizona PBS is seeking a Producer/Social Media Manager to craft platform-native vertical video from programs and events, while coordinating a master social content calendar across departments. You will lead live social coverage, mentor student staff, and drive community engagement in alignment with the station's digital strategy.

Qualifications include a BA/BS and 3 years of related experience, proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut, and strong editing and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of applicable experience or an equivalent combination.
• Portfolio of self-produced short-form vertical video content.
• Experience with mobile-first video capture and editing workflows.

Responsabilités

• Produce, edit, and publish vertical video for Arizona PBS social channels.
• Manage the master social content calendar across departments.
• Coordinate live and event-based social coverage and reporting.
• Direct and mentor student employees and junior creators.
• Monitor analytics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
