Job summary

Nooks.ai is seeking a Social and Talent Brand Manager to own our social presence and strengthen our employer brand. You will craft content strategies for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and future channels, partnering with Recruiting, Engineering and Research to showcase our team and culture.

You will build engaging short-form videos, demos and behind-the-scenes content that attracts AI researchers and engineers. A data-driven mindset will guide channel strategy and impact measurement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media, talent or employer brand, at a tech company.
• Track record of growing social channels and launching new ones.
• Fluency in LinkedIn, X, Instagram and TikTok.
• Hands-on skill creating short-form video using AI tools.
• Strong storytelling and collaboration with engineers and researchers.
• Data-driven approach to grow audiences and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow our social channels across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and TikTok.
• Define employer brand and partner with Recruiting on talent campaigns.
• Turn engineering and research into shareable demos and explainers.
• Run an employee advocacy program and amplify major moments.
• Measure audience growth, engagement and applicant quality.
