Job summary

Lyft is seeking a remote Social Media Support specialist based in the Toronto area. You will be the voice for Lyft’s support on social channels, resolving issues in real-time and delivering a warm, trusted customer experience across our community.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service or sales, with bonus points for social media experience and excellent written communication. You will collaborate with Product and Marketing to maintain a unified brand voice.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or sales mandatory.
• Experience with social media or communications a plus.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Triage problems from our community and resolve issues.
• Be Lyft’s support voice on social media and digital channels.
• Proactively solve issues and foster trust with customers.
• Create a personalized, positive and effortless experience.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other teams.
• Be a community advocate for Lyft.
• Willingness to work a wide range of hours and weekends
