Job summary

M Booth, a dynamic NYC-based agency, seeks an Associate Digital Strategist to manage social conversations, surface insights, and craft on-brand commentary across platforms. You’ll collaborate with design, strategy, and client teams to bring bold social ideas to life in a fast-moving digital culture.

You’ll monitor trends, write compelling posts, and engage communities while partnering with a Project Manager and Account Manager to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media communities for brands.
• Strong writing and brand voice with a human, relatable tone.
• Interest in culture, trends, and internet behavior; comfortable with fast-moving topics.
• Experience with tech brands is a plus; knowledge of AI tools is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the brand on TikTok and other platforms.
• Monitor conversations and surface insights in real time.
• Draft comments aligned with brand guidelines and respond per protocols.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and client leads to bring bold ideas to life.
• Publish content calendars and track performance with Sprinklr.
