Cooper Green Mercy is seeking a Social Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the Social Services Department, ensure policy compliance, and streamline workflows, referrals, and resources. The role involves developing and updating policies, onboarding interns, and supporting program improvements to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or closely related field; education cannot be substituted.
• Five years of Social Worker experience; leadership/management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Social Services Department and ensure policy compliance across workflows, audits, referrals, and resources.
• Develop and update policies, onboarding processes, interns and apprenticeship needs.
• Collaborate with leaders, medical providers, and administrative staff to improve patient care and service delivery.
• Support budgeting processes and assist in strategic planning to address fiscal issues.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and report data to appropriate personnel.
