Qualifications

• Requires Master’s Degree in Social Work and LMSW eligibility.
• Five years of social work experience; leadership/management experience preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, lead, and supervise role-specific duties for Social Services staff.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and report data.
• Support budgeting and fiscal goals; assist in annual budget processes.
• Help craft and enforce departmental policies and procedures.
