Job summary

The Salvation Army in Western Pennsylvania seeks a Social Services Quality and Compliance Specialist to lead program quality, compliance, and data-driven improvements across multiple locations. You will support staff training, reporting, and the administration of the Community Services system while collaborating with Corps Officers and leadership.

You will analyze performance metrics, monitor grant compliance, and promote consistent service delivery in line with Salvation Army standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years in social services, nonprofit programs, or related field.
• Experience with data management, reporting, quality improvement, or information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support program development, compliance, and data-driven improvement across Western PA.
• Coordinate with Corps Officers, program directors, staff, and leadership.
• Monitor grant compliance, track expenditures, and generate quarterly reports.
• Analyze service data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
• Provide staff training on programming, service delivery, and compliance.
• Administer the Community Services data system and ensure data quality.
• Assist with special initiatives and divisional projects as assigned.
