Job summary

The West Virginia Department of Human Services, Bureau for Social Services, Division of Program Support, seeks Program Manager candidates to plan, develop, implement, and manage social services programs. You will act as a liaison to resolve issues, ensure compliance with regulations, and help set standards for monitoring and evaluation.

This role may assist with the Placement Division by initiating and securing placement for children, including those in Out-of-State facilities, and may supervise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of full-time or equivalent experience in social work, social services, or child welfare.
• Licensure as a Social Worker must be obtained within a timeframe established by the agency.
