Responsibilities

• Provide advanced level support to Child Protective Services and assist in duties.
• Review records including medical, educational and service provider documentation.
• Attend meetings, conduct safety checks, and make recommendations to the CPS Worker.
• Conduct home visits with families to monitor child safety and well-being.
• Perform safety assessments of kinship/relative provider homes and initiate home study documentation.
• May require use of a personal vehicle for extensive travel.
• Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position.
