The UpCounty Hub is seeking a Manager of the Social Services Department with an MSW background to lead case management, food benefits coordination, and program development in upper Montgomery County. This role emphasizes policy guidance, data portal maintenance, and outreach to expand client access to services.

Join a team focused on cross‑agency collaboration; bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable; schedule may require occasional evenings and weekends to support community needs.

Qualifications

• MSW required or related social services field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-degree employment experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily case work activities and ensure timely referrals.
• Oversee food benefits data and contract compliance.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate department programs and workflow.
• Collaborate with agencies and coordinate reports and staff coaching.
