Battle Creek Health Care Center is seeking a full-time Social Worker to support residents and ensure compassionate care. The role involves planning and managing the Social Services Department operations.

You will oversee the Medicaid process, complete MDS assessments, and guide staff. Daytime hours with some evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Social Work and 2+ years of LTC experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or program of Social Work.
• 2+ years of social work experience, ideally in a long-term care setting.
• Energetic, results-oriented team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills.
