American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a Social Service Worker to support residents in our long-term care community. You will lead the Social Services Department operations, oversee Medicaid processes, and guide admissions with compassionate, patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a caring approach for elderly residents. Daytime hours with occasional evenings and weekends, a BS in Social Service, and experience in MDS assessments are

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Social Work.
• Two years of postgraduate experience in long-term care or related programs.
• Must meet state requirements for social work practice or hold NASW credential if applicable.
• BS in Social Service required.

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the overall operations of the Social Services Department
• Oversee the Medicaid process
• Complete MDS assessments and support the admissions process
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Social Services Department staff
